Job Overview

Works under the supervision of administrative division management to gain hands-on experience in various activities related to admin support, management, business support, etc.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities 

Collect, analyze, and present production/test data in charts, tables, and reports. 

Perform basic troubleshooting and support recovery of tester-related issues. 

Support engineers in yield improvement and process improvement activities. 

Assist in monitoring production and tester performance metrics. 

Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, reports, and work instructions. 

Support engineering projects, experiments, and equipment validation activities. 

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and problem-solving activities. 

Requirements 

Diploma/Degree student in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or any engineering related field. 

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (charts, pivot tables, basic data analysis). 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
