Position: Teacher Aide

Location: Pasir Ris
Salary: up to $2,100 per month

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Scope & Responsibilities:

The Teacher Aide will provide comprehensive administrative support to the school. Key responsibilities include:
• Printing and preparing worksheets and supplementary teaching materials
• Operating office equipment such as duplicators, collators, printers/photocopiers, and OMR machines
• Assisting staff with the preparation of materials for school programmes and activities
• Performing front-desk and reception duties at the General Office
• Handling face-to-face and telephone enquiries in a professional manner
• Maintaining, updating, and managing data records accurately
• Compiling statistics and reports, including collation of surveys and school data
• Filing, typing, and other documentation tasks
• Undertaking any other administrative duties as assigned by the school
