Job Summary
Responsible for developing, enhancing and maintaining the Company's fleet management platform by delivering assigned modules independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable, reliable and high-quality software solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Design & Build Scalable Systems – Develop, maintain, and enhance full stack applications powering our fleet management platform.
- Full Development Lifecycle – Lead the end-to-end development of features, from requirements analysis and implementation to testing and deployment..
- Improve Architecture – Contribute to system design decisions and help evolve our backend and frontend architecture for scalability and performance.
- API & System Integration – Integrate APIs, third-party services and internal microservices to build seamless and scalable solutions.
- Code Quality & Performance Optimization – Participate in code reviews, maintain clean coding standards, improve the existing codebase, and optimize database queries and overall system performance.
- Mentor & Collaborate – Provide guidance to junior developers, actively participate in code reviews and technical discussions, and work closely with senior developers, product managers and AI teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience with PHP (Laravel or similar frameworks).
- Solid understanding of frontend development (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Strong experience with MySQL / MSSQL / MongoDB/PostgreSQL.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
- Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable systems.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned modules/features.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in production environments.
- Added Advantage with experience with C# or cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
