Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations in a full-time, on-site role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. Responsibilities include assisting with employee records management, coordinating interview schedules, supporting onboarding activities, and helping maintain HR documentation and policies. The intern will assist with HR-related communication, preparation of HR reports, and organization of staff engagement activities. This role will also involve working closely with HR team members to ensure smooth personnel management processes, compliance with company guidelines, and a positive workplace experience for all team members.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
  • Candidates should possess familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee record handling.
  • Candidates should possess strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in standard office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets) and a willingness to learn HR systems.
  • Enrollment in or completion of a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Candidates should possess a professional, ethical approach and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
