Responsibilities:

- Able to perform job matching, selection & shortlisting of potential candidates

- Able to explore the different platforms to create a recruitment channel

- Social media and digital marketing experience will be a priority

- Conduct end to end recruitment involving identifying and screening candidates, arranging interviews, conducting reference and

background checks, and offer of employment

- Develop effective recruitment strategies and training programs for new comers

- Collect, monitor, and present data on recruitment drives

- Prepare and conduct in-house training for candidates

- Gather data and feedback to senior management team

Requirements:

- Excellent communication, networking skills & interpersonal skills

- Self-driven with a strong desire to excel

- Strong communication skills to conduct training effectively

- Establish and maintain a good relationship with potential candidates
