Prepare, evaluate, and manage contractual claims (EOT, variations, disruption, and loss & expense) by reviewing contract entitlements, substantiating claims, and preparing supporting documentation
Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, perform critical path and delay analyses, and identify schedule slippages and project risks
Conduct delay and disruption assessments, including Time Impact Analysis (TIA), As-Planned vs As-Built, and Windows Analysis, to support claim justifications and project recovery strategies
Maintain comprehensive project records, claims registers, and schedule variance logs while reviewing contract requirements, issuing contractual notices, and identifying potential claim events and project risks
Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to provide schedule updates, progress reporting, claim substantiation, and management insights to support successful project delivery
.Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Engineerin
Experience in Claims, project planning, or project control roles in an EPC or Industrial Construction Project
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and delay analysis method
