Job Title: BIM Manager – Singapore
Duration: Fulltime
Location: Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Lead BIM implementation and coordination across projects.
• Manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and BIM standards.
• Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP models.
• Conduct clash detection and BIM coordination meetings.
• Ensure compliance with BCA BIM requirements and project deliverables.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of BIM experience with leadership exposure.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC.
• Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and Singapore standards.

Skills: BIM Management, Revit, Navisworks, BIM Coordination, Clash Detection, Team Leadership.

Pay: $8,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
