Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented CAD Draftsman – M&E to prepare accurate Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) drawings for construction and engineering projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers and project teams to produce high-quality technical drawings in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) drawings using AutoCAD.
• Produce detailed layout drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate M&E drawings with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines.
• Update drawings based on design changes and project revisions.
• Ensure drawings comply with project standards and quality requirements.
• Maintain drawing documentation, revisions, and records.
• Support engineers and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in M&E drafting using AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of Mechanical & Electrical systems and construction drawings.
• Ability to interpret engineering plans and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction standards is an advantage.
• Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
