Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to expand our presence in Singapore. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and promote our BIM, digital engineering, and construction technology solutions to organizations within the construction and engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities :-

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, engineering, and built environment industries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, architects, and engineering firms.

Client Relationship Management:

• Meet with prospective clients to understand their project objectives and technical requirements.
• Present the company's BIM, digital engineering, and project support services, demonstrating how they add value to client projects.

Sales & Pipeline Management:

• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and digital channels.
• Track and manage sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective pipeline management.

Proposal Development:

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations tailored to project requirements.
• Collaborate with BIM specialists and technical teams to deliver practical and competitive solutions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or client-facing roles.
• Knowledge of BIM, AutoCAD, or digital construction technologies is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about construction technology and engineering solutions.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
