Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Revit Architecture Professional to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining architectural BIM models for commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects while ensuring compliance with project requirements and BIM standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and detailed construction documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and clash detection processes.
• Update models based on design revisions and project changes.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project standards and client requirements.
• Support quantity take-offs and documentation from BIM models.
• Maintain project documentation and drawing revisions.
• Work closely with architects, consultants, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience using Autodesk Revit Architecture.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
• Experience working on residential, commercial, healthcare, industrial, or mixed-use projects.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination processes.
• Good understanding of Singapore or international building standards is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
