Business Development Professional – AEC Industry

Location : Singapore & Malaysia

Duration: Fulltime

• Experienced in business development within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector.
• Proven track record in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
• Strong network with developers, contractors, consultants, and government agencies.
• Skilled in client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic partnerships.
• Experienced in tender identification, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of engineering, construction, BIM, and project management services.
• Strong understanding of the Malaysian construction market and industry practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented professional with a focus on achieving sales targets and business expansion.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
