Location: Woodlands

Working hours: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5.30pm

Contract duration: 6 months contract (possibility to extend)

About the Role – You will:

This position is focus on financial planning and working closely with our business partners to manage the financial performance.

• Consolidate and analyze weekly financial outlook and actuals.

• Assist in timely corporate submission, financial operation metrics & cost control tracking.

• Involve in quarterly budgeting, closing and forecast process.

• Support in fixed asset & costing function.

• Involvement in other projects:

  • Annual PI

  • Correlation & Data Analysis

  • Process Analysis & Improvement

  • Department Event

Your Experience Includes:

• Microsoft office and accounting software such as SAP or similar

• Knowledge in other software and analytic tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Python, Knime, Alteryx, etc
