Working hours : Monday to Friday | 830am to 6pm | Saturday 830am to 12pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6000!! + Performance related pay + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Industry : Construction Sector - A&A / Building Works

Job Responsibilities:

• Check and analyse drawings, authority requirements and tender specifications
• Check site installation whether it is in accordance to design and standards
• Check and prepare for discrepancies of drawings to be highlighted to consultant
• Oversee the projects and follow the terms and conditions of contracts. Ensure compliance to contracts and the drawings with regulatory specifications
• Able to coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, sub-contractors and suppliers.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate has at least 2 years of relevant working experiences that possess Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering and M&E or equivalent
• Knowledgeable in basic Autocad software
• Has positive attitude and sense of responsibilities
• Able to handle construction projects with commitment on work
• Good in communication and written abilities
• Required skill : Able to use Microsoft Project to present schedule to the clients

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
