What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and guests during appointments, seminars, and networking events
• Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and guest arrangements
• Support event registration, logistics, and on-site operations
• Prepare meeting rooms and event spaces for a smooth guest experience
• Assist with office administration and daily coordination
• Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless client journey
