Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly, manage the lobby, and handle incoming calls professionally
• Respond to emails, take messages, and sort incoming/outgoing mail and couriers
• Book meeting rooms, coordinate calendars, and set up spaces for staff and client appointments
• Maintain filing systems (physical & digital), photocopy documents, and order office supplies when stock runs low
• Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies to customers, clients, and partners
• Answer or refer inquiries regarding business operations, procedures, and general company information
• Copy, scan, and route correspondence and documentation to the right teams

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of reception, front desk, or clerical experience in a corporate setting
• Strong verbal communication and a professional, customer-focused attitude
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
