Job Scope:

Daily:

• Source for Quotations
• Compare the quotations and negotiate the best pricing, terms & value;
• Source for quotations for the requested items;
• Liaise with users closely to understand their requirements;
• Add value to users & procurement team;
• Oversee & support the team who are based in MMS & supporting Singapore;
• Oversee & support Procurement activities for MMS, FS

Weekly:

• Updating Weekly Maintenance Cost and Operations Minutes of Meeting
• Attend Operations Meeting

Monthly:

• Updating Monthly Maintenance Cost and Operations
• Attend Management Meeting

Others:

• To comply with the safety standards and policies implemented by the Company at all times and be responsible for your safety as well as others without posing any threat, hazard, or endangerment wherever you will be when representing the Company.
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/ Supply Chain or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Able to work independently with positive attitude under tight schedules
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Leadership skill
• Knowledge of Oracle is preferable
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong sense of responsibility and highly energized
