Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities for CNC machining and surface treatment processes.
• Manage operators, manpower, and production flow during assigned shifts.
• Ensure production targets, quality, and KPI are achieved.
• Monitor machine performance and solve production issues.
• Coordinate with QA and Maintenance teams for smooth production.
• Ensure compliance with SOP, safety requirements, and proper documentation.
• Train and guide operators on work procedures.
• Support improvement activities to increase productivity and reduce wastage.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in CNC machining / manufacturing supervision.
• Experience handling production operators and shift operations.
• Knowledge in CNC processes, machine setup, and tooling.
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel, and ERP systems.
• Able to work independently and willing to work on shifts.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
