Mandarin Online Customer Support Executive (Work From Home)

We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Online Customer Support Executive to assist users across digital platforms. You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and help deliver a positive user experience through online support channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and online support channels.
• Investigate user concerns and provide accurate solutions.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain clear and accurate case records.
• Deliver professional and friendly customer support.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin and able to communicate in English.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote (Work From Home) environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with digital platforms or interactive online services is an advantage.
• Own a laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection.

Work Schedule

• Fully Remote (Work From Home)
• Rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
