Are you a seasoned technology leader with deep expertise in trading systems? We're looking for a System Architect, Front & Back Office to take ownership of end-to-end solution architecture for trading platforms within the finance sector. In this critical role, you'll shape the future of Trading OMS, pre-trade risk management, and FIX connectivity, while driving strategic modernization initiatives that keep pace with evolving market and regulatory demands.

What You'll Do:

• Define end-to-end architecture for Trading OMS, Pre-Trade Risk Management (RMS), FIX gateways, and downstream integrations

• Ensure low-latency, high-availability and fault-tolerant system design

• Lead solution architecture for strategic trading platform transformation initiatives, including functional enhancement, technology modernization, and architectural rationalization

• Perform architecture assessment, option analysis, and evolution planning across existing and target-state trading platforms

• Define integration patterns between front office, middle office, clearing, settlement, and reporting systems

• Ensure data consistency and operational resilience across the trading lifecycle

• Ensure architecture complies with Bursa Malaysia rules, internal risk policies, and audit requirements, and support audit and regulator queries from an architecture perspective

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline

• 10 years of experience in Trading Systems / Capital Markets IT

• Strong hands-on experience in Trading OMS, Pre-Trade Risk, and FIX protocol

• Experience in solution architecture or senior technical leadership roles

• Strong understanding of the end-to-end trading lifecycle from front-office to back-office

• Expertise in low-latency, high-availability system design

• Strong database and performance optimization knowledge, with the ability to engage business, technical, and regulatory stakeholders
