Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing programs for Private Banking transformation and digital initiatives.
• Define and implement the overall test strategy, governance, planning, and execution.
• Manage SIT, UAT, System Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and Production Validation.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and project managers to ensure timely delivery.
• Drive defect management, risk assessment, issue resolution, and test reporting.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, quality standards, and organizational testing frameworks.
• Manage testing resources, budgets, timelines, and project deliverables.
• Mentor and guide test managers, leads, and QA teams across multiple workstreams.
• Support release planning, cutover activities, and post-production validation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Software Testing/QA with at least 5 years in Test Program Management.
• Strong experience in Private Banking domain.
• Hands-on experience with Temenos T24, Temenos Wealth, or Avaloq platforms.
• Experience managing large-scale banking transformation or core banking implementation programs.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Test Strategy & Test Planning
• Test Management & Governance
• SIT, UAT, Regression & Integration Testing
• Defect & Release Management
• Risk & Issue Management
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
