YOUR ROLE

The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the logistics department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

1. Warehouse Solution Design (Customer Facing)

• Support the development of new customers, either with existing client contact or by supporting the sales team for RFQ, site visit and presentation
• Analyse customer requirements and support Q&A sessions
• Design and propose warehousing solutions accordingly to customer needs:
• Assess Resources, MHE, investments, EDI, automation and innovation opportunities, etc.
• Support IS team to define the best IT solution for the project
• Provide costs analysis and rates
• Build RFP technical answer document to present the solution

1. Project Management

• Organize workshop between Customers teams, IS, Regional and Operations / Key Users
• Analyse and summarize relevant data to support the workshop (decisions, follow-up analysis)
• Follow-up IT developments and WMS setup / configuration with the IS team Project Manager
• Coordinate with purchasing for supplier’s selections and site renovation / installation
• Follow-up on the management of project:
• Resources (both operational recruitment and resources allocated to the project)
• Costs and budget follow-up
• Schedule and on-time milestones / delivery and the deliverables
• Organize and report advancement with internal and external customers
• Handover to Operations

1. Commercial Package / Costing tools

• Support the Logistics Business Development team to create up-to-date commercial packages showcasing Bollore Logistics know how
• Support the Logistics Business Development team to improve internal costing and analytics tools

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Master’s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Analytical, with ability to translate complex requirements and data into effective solutions
• "Solution-Oriented” mindset to identify blocking points and propose scenario for resolution
• Commercial sense and results-oriented
• Strong project management, planning and organizational skills
• Advanced in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Project
