Role Description This full-time hybrid role, based in Singapore River with some work-from-home flexibility, combines responsibilities of Business Analyst, Data Analyst, and Operations Analyst. The individual will collect, clean, and analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across production lines, solar power plants, and facility management projects. Daily tasks include building dashboards and reports, performing statistical and data modeling analyses, and interpreting findings to support decision-making and lean manufacturing initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with engineering, operations, and management teams to define business requirements, streamline processes, and track performance metrics. The analyst will document insights, prepare presentations, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex operational and business data.
• Working knowledge of Statistics and quantitative methods to support performance measurement and forecasting.
• Experience with Data Modeling and structuring datasets for reporting, dashboards, and scenario analysis.
• Effective Communication skills, including the ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and at least one data analysis or BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Background in manufacturing, energy, or engineering services, with familiarity in lean or continuous improvement methodologies, is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
