You will be joining a technology-focused organisation delivering large-scale infrastructure and digital transformation projects across enterprise and operational environments. The team works on complex cloud, data centre, networking, security, and systems integration initiatives, supporting mission-critical platforms and business operations.

Your new role

As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end infrastructure solutions across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with business requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end infrastructure solutions across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Lead technical teams through solution design, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment activities while ensuring project milestones are achieved.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to define architecture, evaluate technology options, and manage technical risks throughout project delivery.
• Drive infrastructure best practices across system performance, availability, resilience, security, backup, monitoring, and operational support.
• Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, and governance throughout the project lifecycle, including upgrades, optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale Infrastructure, Systems Integration, Cloud, or Enterprise Technology Projects.
• Strong knowledge across enterprise infrastructure technologies including Windows/Linux, virtualization, cloud platforms, storage, backup, networking, security, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), virtualization technologies, load balancers, firewalls, VPNs, monitoring tools, and enterprise infrastructure solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing highly available, secure, and resilient infrastructure platforms within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with critical infrastructure, cloud & infrastructure technologies (AWS, Azure, VMware, Nutanix), DevOps/IaC, and cybersecurity & identity management.
• Strong stakeholder management, project leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
