Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day business activities and support the smooth functioning of our operations. This is a dynamic role that involves coordination, communication, and organization across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Handle hiring and onboarding processes
• Submit weekly and monthly operational reports
• Order and manage inventory of consumables
• Monitor staff attendance at various sites
• Coordinate and conduct meetings with clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an operations, admin, or coordination role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and client-facing abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Driving license is a plus
