Role Summary

We are seeking a Backend Engineer (Generative AI) to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services that power enterprise AI applications. You will work on AI orchestration, RAG pipelines, cloud-native solutions, and backend platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and production-ready AI systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services, APIs, and AI orchestration frameworks for enterprise AI applications.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, AI agent workflows, and cloud-based AI solutions.
• Develop scalable data pipelines and integrate enterprise knowledge sources with AI applications.
• Implement vector search, AI monitoring, security, and governance best practices.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and platform teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
• Support the continuous improvement, performance, and scalability of AI platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in backend software engineering and API development.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies.
• Experience building AI applications using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, vector databases, and backend architecture.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, AI observability, and workflow automation tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
