React DeveloperRole Description

We are looking for a talented React Developer to build modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React and related front-end technologies. This role is responsible for developing intuitive user interfaces, implementing reusable components, optimizing application performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable software solutions.

The React Developer will participate throughout the software development lifecycle, from planning and implementation to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. The ideal candidate is passionate about front-end development, writes clean and efficient code, and is committed to delivering exceptional user experiences while following industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web applications using React.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries to support scalable application development.
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to implement new features.
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and third-party platforms.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Manage application state using appropriate state management solutions.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following established coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end issues in a timely manner.
• Implement automated testing and support quality assurance activities.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications while ensuring long-term maintainability.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making for front-end projects.
• Stay current with React ecosystem updates, JavaScript advancements, and emerging front-end technologies.
• Collaborate within Agile development teams and actively participate in planning, estimation, and sprint activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern front-end development practices.
• Solid understanding of React, React Hooks, functional components, and component-based architecture.
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern styling approaches.
• Knowledge of state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar libraries.
• Experience integrating applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous data handling.
• Understanding of front-end build tools and package managers such as Vite, Webpack, Babel, npm, or Yarn.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and front-end testing methodologies.
• Understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility standards, and browser compatibility.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional development environments.
• Ability to manage multiple development tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
