Are You the Finance Leader Who Turns Numbers Into Strategy?

Our client is a well-established multinational in the consumer products space, with a strong regional presence and a culture that places financial rigour at the heart of commercial decision-making. They are now seeking an experienced FP&A professional to lead regional sales finance - someone as comfortable developing a team as they are influencing senior leadership.


The Role
This is a commercially influential, regional role with genuine impact. You will partner directly with Country Managers and sales leaders, shaping trade investment strategy and driving profitable growth across the region. Some regional travel is involved, broadening your exposure across key markets. Step into a role where your financial insight drives meaningful business outcomes:

• Partner with Country Managers and sales teams to drive revenue growth and account profitability
• Lead trade spend forecasting, identifying risks and opportunities whilst developing contingency plans to protect budget commitments
• Deliver complex financial analysis including scenario modelling, pricing analytics, and period-end reporting
• Evaluate trade spend ROI and recommend improvements to optimise investment effectiveness
• Provide financial counsel to cross-functional teams, strengthening decision-making across the business
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing regional sales finance team
  

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:

• A degree in Finance or Accounting with 10+ years of FP&A experience
• A track record of delivering strategic financial support to senior executives
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, in Consumer Goods/FMCG
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams in a regional or matrix environment
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, BW, and BPC
• The ability to distil complex data into clear and actionable strategic recommendations
