The Development Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of high-rise property development projects, from initial site acquisition and feasibility assessment through planning, design development, authority approvals, construction delivery, sales support, handover, and project close-out. The role ensures that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, in compliance with regulatory requirements, and in alignment with the company's strategic, financial, and quality objectives.

As the project custodian throughout the development lifecycle, the Development Manager coordinates multidisciplinary internal teams and external consultants, contractors, government agencies, and stakeholders to successfully deliver residential, mixed-use, commercial, and other high-rise developments.
