Job Scope:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

• Build long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent after-sales service and support.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand business needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sales campaigns, exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities to generate leads.
• Prepare sales reports, maintain accurate customer records, and update the company's CRM system.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide timely resolutions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to the company's overall business growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all sales activities.
