Job Summary

Source, select, and match candidates to client roles while building strong professional relationships and ensuring accurate documentation. Drive continuous improvement by adhering to quality procedures and supporting operational needs in a dynamic recruitment environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate candidates to align their skills and experience with specific client recruitment requirements
• Brief candidates comprehensively on job positions and interview processes to prepare them effectively
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and candidates to facilitate successful placements and repeat business
• Maintain and expand existing client relationships to support business growth and service enhancement
• Accurately record and manage all recruitment documentation within the system to ensure compliance and data integrity
• Adhere to established quality procedures and proactively recommend operational improvements to enhance recruitment effectiveness
• Assist with ad hoc operational duties including shift facilitation and shift work to support team functions

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrate strong knowledge and application of current staffing methodologies and relevant labor laws to ensure compliant recruitment practices
• Exhibit excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients and candidates and foster professional relationships
• Apply outstanding time management and organizational skills to maintain efficient work processes and meet recruitment targets
• Handle issues and challenging situations with diplomacy and tact to maintain positive stakeholder interactions
• Persistently overcome objections and challenges to achieve recruitment goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
