Full Time Project Manager Jobs, salary up to SGD 3,500 in EZRA & MACQUARIE PTE. LTD. - Ricebowl

Responsibilities :
Reporting to the Project Manager/ Project Director/ Business Unit Head
Manage all M&E and civil works and issues at site in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications
Conduct periodic inspections for all M&E systems
Ensure all M&E and Civil related works carried out by sub-contractor are planned and executed to the requirements of the project
Manage the procurement of equipment and labour according to the allocated budget
Deployment and storage of M&E materials and equipment delivered by subcontractors
Prepare method statement, shop drawings, installation/ T&C check sheets, work
progress report and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project team
Liaise with consultants, clients and subcontractors on M&E works progress, coordination and decisions
Drive the implementation of innovative M&E initiatives and practices on site to improve productivity and achieve lean outcome

Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 4 years of working experience in Main Contractor involving M&E and Civil works
Good safety knowledge and attitude
Ability to liaise with statutory authorities
Working Days: 6 days work week
