Job Summary

Manage accounts receivables and billing processes while performing data entry, bank reconciliations, and general office administrative tasks to support smooth financial and operational functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivables by accurately billing customers to ensure timely payments
• Perform precise data entry for invoices and bills to maintain accurate financial records
• Conduct bank reconciliations to verify and resolve discrepancies in financial accounts
• Execute general office administrative duties and ad hoc tasks to support daily operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 'O' Level qualification
• At least 2 years of experience handling debit/credit transactions, accounts receivables, and customer billing

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 5-day work week availability
