Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Bilingual Academic Tutoring: Deliver structured lessons in both English and Mandarin to improve the child's literacy and communication skills.

• Activity Coordination: Accompany the child to enrichment classes and interest-based activities, ensuring safety, punctuality, and logistical management.

• Curriculum Support: Develop an engaging learning environment and track educational milestones.

• Personal Development: Act as a professional mentor to foster the child’s curiosity and holistic growth.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.

• Professional Experience: Proven track record in student care, private tutoring, or classroom teaching.

• Language Requirement: Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential as the role requires conducting formal tutoring and curriculum delivery in both languages.

• Core Competencies: Strong patience and the ability to engage effectively with children in a learning environment.

• Commitment: Ability to adhere to a consistent schedule to ensure the stability of the child's routine.
