We're Hiring! Car Park Administration Executive

The EST, Bangsar | RM1,800 – RM2,500 per month

Join us as a Car Park Administration Executive at The EST, Bangsar, a vibrant mixed development located just 150 metres from Bangsar LRT Station.

Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (6-day work week)

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Operations team, you'll help ensure our car park runs smoothly every day by:

• Managing season parking applications, renewals and related administrative work.

• Maintaining accurate records of users and payments.

• Assisting customers with enquiries and resolving issues professionally.

• Coordinating with security, maintenance and service vendors.

• Monitoring the parking system and reporting technical issues when necessary.

• Assisting with parking enforcement and ensuring compliance with car park policies.

• Preparing monthly operational and collection reports.

• Supporting the implementation of parking promotions and policy updates.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is responsible, organised and enjoys interacting with people.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification.

• No experience? No worries! Full training will be provided.

• Experience in customer service, reception or hospitality is an advantage.

• Friendly attitude with good communication skills.

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
