岗位职责

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the overall operations and management od the early intervention center. 
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the smooth functioning of the centre. 

  • Supervise and support the staff, including teachers, therapists, aides, and administrative personnel. 

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive intervention plans for children with developmental delays or disabilities. 

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, licensing standards, and safety protocols.  

  • Manage the budget and financial resources of the centre, including fundraising efforts and grant applications, if applicable.  

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, caregivers, and families, promoting a family-centred approach to care.  

  • Work closely with external agencies, educational institutions, and community partners to coordinate services and resources for the children and families. 

  • Implement effective communication strategies to keep and stakeholders informed about centre activities and updates.  

  • Organize and conduct regular staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance and knowledge.  

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the centres programs and services, making improvements as needed. 

  • Ensure that the centre maintains a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for children, families, and staff.  

  • Handle and resolve any concerns, complaints, or issues related to the centre’s operations or services. 

  • Oversee the intake and enrolment process, ensuring that appropriate assessments are conducted for each child.  

  • Maintain accurate and confidential records, including financial, administrative, and child-related documentation.  

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work culture among staff members, promoting teamwork and professional growth. 

  • Participate in community outreach and promotional activities to raise awareness about the centre’s services.  

  • Stay updated with the latest research, best practices, and developments in the field of early intervention.  

  • Represent the early intervention centre at meetings, conferences, and networking events.  

  • Report to the board of directors or relevant governing body on the centre’s performance, achievements, and challenges.  

  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.
