Company Overview

We are a Singapore-based shipyard contractor with nearly 20 years of experience in ship construction and repair. We specialize in pipe work, steel work, and outfitting, partnering with major shipyards on projects from new builds to refurbishments, ensuring high standards and innovative solutions.

Job Summary

You will support administrative operations by maintaining employee records, managing compliance with MOM and shipyard regulations, liaising with shipyards, preparing invoices and monthly salaries, and handling office administration and ad hoc tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and follow up on matters related to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) to ensure compliance
• Liaise effectively with shipyards on subcontractor-related issues to support project coordination
• Prepare and submit invoices and relevant documentation accurately and timely
• Organize and maintain daily office activities to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare monthly salary payments accurately and on schedule
• Perform office administration and ad hoc tasks as required to support team needs
• Work independently to manage assigned responsibilities and meet deadlines
• Intract with senior management level and carryout the required works.

Required competencies and certifications

• Experience of 1 to 2 years in the shipyard sector or shipyard subcontracting companies
• Hands-on experience with MOM-related regulations and shipyard activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• O/N level or equivalent qualification
• Good communication skills to facilitate effective coordination and documentation
