Job Descriptions

Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand billboard design demands, installation site conditions, brand aesthetic requirements, budget limits, and project delivery timelines.

Produce full-set design deliverables including billboard layout drawings, structural elevation drawings, installation construction drawings, 3D perspective renderings, and detailed technical specifications.

Prepare complete design proposals covering brand theme mood boards, advertising content layout, material selection, surface finishing, lighting scheme matching, and accessory product confirmation.

Actively recommend and promote the company’s billboard design, production, installation and after-sales service packages, strive to meet and exceed personal sales and performance targets.

Develop safe, aesthetic and practical billboard design and installation solutions, focusing on reasonable structural planning, advertising content optimization, and on-site installation rationality.

Coordinate closely with production factories, construction contractors and material suppliers on raw material selection, processing standards, production cycles, customized component details and on-site installation procedures.

Conduct regular site visits to inspect installation progress, construction workmanship, safety operation standards, and ensure all works are fully aligned with approved design drawings and technical requirements.

Resolve on-site construction problems and technical deviations in a timely manner, provide professional drawing revisions and technical clarifications, and respond to RFIs and coordinate communication with clients, construction teams and relevant stakeholders throughout the project cycle.

Requirements

Strong ability to independently complete design conceptualization, scheme creation, detailed drawing design and official presentation drawing production.

Proficient in using 3D Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator and other design software; skilled in billboard structure modeling, effect rendering and drawing output.

Familiar with conventional billboard production materials, installation processes and industry tender standards, with rich experience in project material specification sorting and tender document preparation.

Possess practical on-site construction coordination experience, able to supervise and manage billboard production and installation works, effectively control project quality and progress, and ensure timely and qualified project completion.

Able to work on weekends and public holidays according to project progress and client demands.

Good communication skills, on-site problem-solving ability and team collaboration awareness, able to independently follow up the whole process of design, production and installation projects.
