Job Purpose

Designed for adaptable fresh graduates, this 1-year contract role provides a unique foundational entry point into understanding the various functions of a portfolio holding company. Operating within the CCO’s office, your role is to support the CCO in maintaining organizational efficiency, coordinating corporate workflows, and providing day-to-day administrative enablement. This role offers a unique, high-level vantage point into how corporate initiatives ,portfolio performance, and enterprise-wide alignment are managed in close partnership with key stakeholders such as NTUC, NE Board as well as the Leadership Teams of NE and its portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

       Provide administrative enablement for the CCO’s office by organizing materials, tracking action items, and maintaining smooth workflows for cross-functional change initiatives.

       Flexibly take on diverse tasks and special projects assigned by the CCO's office from time to time, adapting quickly to shifting priorities, business needs, and ad-hoc requests.

       Act as a central liaison and administrative point of contact between the CCO’s office and core corporate functions, including Strategy, Finance, Risk Management, Corporate Planning, Communications, Human Resources and Charities.

       Support the CCO’s office by collating data, organizing digital files, and preparing basic background briefs related to portfolio tracking and group goals.

       Assist corporate teams in conducting and compiling research materials or data with proficiency in leveraging enterprise level AI tools.

Key Requirements

       Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university (Open to all disciplines; prior internship experience in a corporate setting is a plus).

       Familiarity with standard office software and proficiency in AI tools for basic research and preparing presentation materials.

       A proactive attitude with the ability to handle a dynamic environment, easily pivoting between routine administrative duties and unexpected ad-hoc projects.

       Solid organizational capabilities with the ability to track timelines and keep small tasks moving forward efficiently.

       Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with internal stakeholders across different teams.

       A dependable mindset characterized by high integrity and absolute discretion when dealing with sensitive information.

  • Maintain strict discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive corporate documents or supporting administrative tasks during strategic planning reviews.
