Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction (Façade & Curtain Wall)
• Position Title: Façade Designer
• Working Location: Kaki Bukit
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm; Sat, 9.00am – 1.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $6,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings, tender drawings, fabrication drawings, cutting lists, and related technical documents
• Coordinate and manage design works for assigned projects to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery
• Liaise with clients, main contractors, architects, consultants, and internal teams on design and technical matters
• Develop façade design concepts, technical details, and practical engineering solutions for projects
• Prepare detailed construction drawings and technical submissions based on project requirements
• Review project specifications, drawings, and technical requirements to ensure compliance and buildability
• Coordinate closely with architects, project engineers, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure façade systems and designs meet project standards, authority requirements, and performance specifications
• Support project execution from design development through fabrication and construction stages
• Attend project meetings, coordination sessions, and site inspections when required

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Experience in façade design, curtain wall systems, or related construction design work
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Good understanding of construction processes and project coordination
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design software
