  • Planning and organizing work schedules and supervising tile install
  • Ensuring all tiling work meets industry standards and specifications.
  • Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of tiling materials and equipment.
  • Ensuring safety protocols are followed by the team.
  • Coordinating with project managers, architects, and clients to meet all specifications and requirements.
  • Providing training and guidance to tile installers.
  • Conducting quality control checks on all completed tiling work.
  • Preparing reports on job progress and completion.
