Façade Manager/ Lead

Role Summary: Oversees the design, coordination, installation, and quality control of building façade systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications.

We are seeking a Façade Manager /Lead for an esteemed construction company with the following responsibilities

Roles

• Ensure timely delivery of construction drawings, sample approval, mock up, site works, etc to overall project construction schedule.
• Coordinate detailing of façade and RC structure
• Review project specifications, technical clarification and construction drawings. Establish and monitor shop drawing / material submission schedule
• Maintain inspection records of works, materials and all completed works; • Ensure the Specialist comply with the Project Quality Plan, including quality, environmental and occupational health & safety
• Ensure quality of work according to specification and requirement. Maintain inspection records of works, materials and all completed works;
• Coordinate with architect, structural engineer and M&E consultant and vendors to resolve construction and installation issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil / Building Engineering or other building-related disciplines
• 3-5 years' experience in Façade design and installation
