Main Responsibility:-

To do schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project. Ensure projects are completed according to project plans.

Job Description:-

1. To conduct New Project Kick Off Meeting to brief & discuss milestone & requirement.

2. To form a program core team for job allocation.

3. To compile & establish overall updated Development Schedule & share to all relevant dept for

 further action & acknowledgement.

4. To coordinate, monitor & review the progress of all development activities such as Design, Tooling/Jig Fabrication, Trial Run, Testing, Improvement, Sample Part Preparation & Production Readiness based on the development schedule timing.

5. To coordinate change between Internal Dept and customer in terms of requirement, schedule & parts preparation/delivery.

6. To coordinate meeting between Internal Dept or customer, as well as compiling documents & materials regarding new project development activities (eg; APQP, SPTT etc.)

Minimum Requirement(s):-

1. Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electronic Engineering or related engineering degree required.

2. At least 3 years experience in related field.

Required Skill(s):-

1. Computer literate such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Power Point, MS project.

2. Leadership of team function ensuring functional excellent and overall product development resourcing.

3. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and coordinating skills to drive people towards achieving project goals.

Ability to systematically execute/perform any given themes by the superior to produce positive outcomes.
