SAP FICO Solution Architect – Singapore/Onsite/, Open to travel across Australia, New Zealand & Singapore
Job Description
Lead the end-to-end solution architecture, design, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
Must have experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation & roll-out programs.
Airline industry experience is a big plus.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze financial processes, and translate them into scalable SAP Finance and Controlling solutions.
Design and configure SAP FI and CO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
Drive SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation projects, including finance process optimization, system migration, and integration with other SAP and third-party applications.
Define integration architecture between SAP FICO and modules such as MM, SD, PP, PS, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, and external banking and tax systems.
Provide technical leadership to functional consultants, developers, and project teams by reviewing solution designs, managing risks, and ensuring adherence to SAP best practices.
Support project delivery across the full lifecycle, including solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, deployment, hypercare, and production support.
Ensure compliance with Singapore financial regulations, statutory reporting requirements, internal controls, audit standards, and global corporate governance policies.
Mentor project teams, conduct architecture reviews, develop solution documentation, and promote continuous improvement through SAP innovations and industry best practices.
Engage with senior business leaders and executive stakeholders to provide strategic guidance, roadmap planning, effort estimation, and delivery governance for SAP Finance initiatives across regional and global programs.
