Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Supervisor to oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental programs at project sites. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects and possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, company policies, and client HSE requirements.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and induction training for employees and contractors.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed investigation reports.
• Recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all personnel.
• Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure emergency equipment is maintained and readily available.
• Prepare HSE reports, safety statistics, risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and permit-to-work documentation.
• Monitor housekeeping standards and environmental compliance on site.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.
• Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement in workplace safety performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an HSE Supervisor in construction, industrial, oil & gas, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and industry best practices.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: RM3,151.72 - RM11,574.38 per month
