Requirements:

• Candidate to possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Building Surveying / M&E / Construction Management/ Engineering / Real Estate or relevant course.
• At least 1-3 years of working experience in construction/ building/ consulting/ property development or related field.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
• Able to work independently under pressure.
• Able to handle multiple demands, well organized, detail-oriented and meets deadlines.

Job Description:

• To supervise and control all daily site operations, ensuring work complies with project drawings, specifications, and client requirements while maintaining safety standards and good housekeeping practices.
• To maintain comprehensive site documentation, including daily attendance/training worksheets, work records, worker hours, material usage logs, and incident reports.
• To monitor and report project progress, communicating daily updates, challenges, and necessary adjustments to the Project Engineer to maintain schedule adherence.
• To manage project resources effectively, tracking material deliveries (quantity/quality verification), workforce allocation, and addressing any supply chain or workers shortages.
• To resolve onsite issues promptly, handling weather delays, work conflicts, coordination problems, and implementing immediate corrective actions to maintain timelines.
• To optimize workforce performance, identifying skill gaps, organizing training programs, and reassigning workers as needed to meet project demands.
• To facilitate team communication, mediating discussions between workers and supervisors to address concerns and improve working conditions.
• To track project milestones, continuously monitoring timelines and adjusting tasks to ensure the project stays on schedule.
• To implement environmental and operational controls, establishing and maintaining procedures aligned with company policies and objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
