Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all work meets quality, schedule, and budgetary requirements. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project objectives and maintain strong communication throughout each phase.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, coordinate, and execute projects according to defined schedules, budgets, and client requirements.

· Manage and supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

· Communicate regularly with clients and key stakeholders, providing progress updates and resolving issues promptly.

· Monitor project performance to identify potential risks or delays and implement corrective actions.

· Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and budget tracking.

· Ensure adherence to company standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.

· Support procurement activities, including sourcing materials, equipment, and labor as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, engineering, or related industries.

· Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.

· Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gelang Patah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• System security: 3 years (Preferred)
