We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Procurement & Inventory Planning Specialist to manage our end-to-end supply chain loop. 2. Procurement & Supplier Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable manufacturers and suppliers to optimize cost and quality.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), lead times, and payment terms to maximize business margins.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and actively track production and shipping timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain detailed supplier scorecards assessing pricing competitiveness, product quality, and delivery reliability.
3. Stock Allocation & Distribution
- Strategically allocate inventory across Retail outlets, B2B, and B2C (E-commerce) channels.
- Balance stock distribution based on real-time channel velocity, product profit margins, and strategic channel performance.
4. Cost & Efficiency Management
- Calculate and monitor total landed costs (including unit cost, freight, customs duties, and local logistics).
- Identify opportunities to streamline supply chain logistics, reduce holding costs, and optimize overall purchasing spend.
5. Reporting & Analytics
- Generate and present regular inventory reports tracking KPI metrics such as forecast accuracy, stock aging, and inventory value.
- Distinguish between fast-moving and slow-moving SKUs to provide data-driven recommendations for restocking or clearance promotions.
