RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review contract, project specification, and attend meeting as required.
• Continual review project Quality Plan submission especially in area of Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
• Continual review project Quality Plan submission especially in area of Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), Blasting & Painting Procedure, Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and Welder Qualification Records (WQR).
• Liaison with Engineers, Multi-Disp Inspectors, third party and/or client’s Representative as require and ensuring project Quality Plan prepared is implemented and adhered to.
• Monitor and adhere status of project to ensure manufacturing data records documentation is prepared and compiled.
• Confers with Engineers and Multi-Disp Inspectors to develop continual improvement activities in area of Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), Blasting & Painting Procedure, Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and Welder Qualification Records (WQR).
• Develop procedure, work instruction and training activities and provide training to Production personnel and welders in the area of NDT as required.
• Plan, monitor and conducts NDT activities on Production ensuring compliance according to the specification.
• Identification and documentation of non-conformance reports in area of Production (including sub-contractor). Monitor the progress, status and closure of non-conformance reports raised.
• Monitor, control, implement and execute with relevant personnel for problem and trouble shooting and ensuring records to be properly documented and maintained.
• Perform process audit in area of QC processes ensuring requirement of Quality Manual is implemented and maintained.
• Develop continual improvement activities in area of Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), NDT Procedure and NDT Qualification Records.
• Confers with Engineer to conduct sub-contractor (NDT) critical assessment based on the risk matrix and performance collection data and plan annual audit plan accordingly.
• Confers with Engineer to perform sub-contractor (NDT) audit based on the evaluation and re-evaluation audit plan in sub-contractor ensuring requirement of Quality Manual is implemented and maintained.
• Confers with related QA/QC personnel to perform and complete Departmental Objectives and KPI monthly report.
• Sub-contractor (welder) performance.
• Welder performance.
• Consumable control
• Oven, quiver and welding machine calibration
• WPS and WQT qualification

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in QAQC is required for this position.
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Welding).
• Strong in teamwork.
• Excellent in spoken & written English, multilingual will be an advantage.

• Candidate must have CSWIP 3.1 ( Welding)
