Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services.
• Manage multiple areas of technology and multiple departments.
• Manage internal/external application upgrades.
• Manage external vendor’s relationships and services.
• Complete all assigned tasks within given time frame, task includes on-site and off-site mechanical and electrical & Software/Hardware work. Especially, during critical time, e.g. deployment period, able to work and response even after Service Operation hours and/or weekend and public holiday whenever required.
• Must be fast responding to support and attending to the case after call, email or instruction received.
• Able to explain the cause of certain problem arises and able to explain the reason of the solution applied either permanently or temporarily.
• Working closely with either internal technical/software team or external clients/user for tackling of support task reported in order to get the problem solved.
• Record, track, prioritize, and update incident tickets within IT Service Management (ITSM) software to closure
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing platforms

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing in Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic or equivalent
• Must possess your own transportation (prefer Bike)
• Travelling requires
• Able to speak and understand English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
