Job Scope

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Manage the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business).
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content according to the marketing calendar.
• Design marketing materials such as posters, banners, brochures, and promotional content.
• Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on digital platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to support marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Coordinate with influencers, content creators, and business partners for collaborations.
• Plan and execute online promotional campaigns, giveaways, and seasonal marketing activities.
• Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the company's branding guidelines.
• Manage the company's website and online business listings when required.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Achieve monthly marketing KPIs, including leads, engagement, reach, and conversion targets.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also apply).
• Proficient in Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, Google Ads, Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media analytics is an advantage.
• Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
